Our Company
KGR is proud to be a female-owned business dedicated to empowering future health coach professionals. We are a NBHWC Approved Training Program who offers national board training for those looking to become NBHWC board certified health coaches. We also collaborate with community colleges to expand access to affordable health coaching education and support. In addition to our academy, KGR delivers a variety of coaching experiences tailored to both individuals and groups. Most importantly, when you join KGR, you become part of a family - because growth happens best when you're having fun!

Our Academy
Our NBHWC Approved Training Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a fully accredited NBC-HWC coach. Our motto is "Learning by Doing" which serves as the foundation of our program design. In addition, upon completion of our certifying course, enrollment includes full access to our comprehensive exam prep review course. We also offer assistance with obtaining your required coaching sessions allowing you to sit for the NBHWC certifying exam.
