KGR instructors are experienced classroom educators who observed the impact of in-person learning. Accessibility is a top priority. The mission was to develop an online platform that is easily accessible AND replicates in-person learning benefits.

Is KGR an NBHWC Approved Training Program?
Yes. KGR's program not only meets but exceeds NBHWC published standards for coaching training and education. Graduates qualify to sit for the NBHWC National Board Certification Exam. Upon passing, graduates become National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC).
Why choose an NBHWC Approved Training Program?
Only graduates from NBHWC Approved Training Programs qualify to sit for the national exam and become NBC-HWC certified. Health and Wellness Coaching now have CPT codes for reimbursement, but only for NBHWC certified coaches.
Why should I become a board certified coach (NBC-HWC)?
NBC-HWC represents the profession's highest standard. Standards were developed by top professionals to ensure rigorous training and create uniformity and standardization. Many employers now require this certification.
What can I expect in the KGR program?
Fun and interactive weekly experience. KGR's motto is "Learning by Doing." The program emphasizes collaboration through live, one-on-one coaching sessions and class discussions centered around coaching experiences — unlike many online programs.
How much does it cost?
Total tuition for the Live Studio program is $2,697. This includes 17 coaching sessions with instructor feedback, access to observable coaching sessions and transcripts, and a full-length practice exam. KGR offers no fee, no interest payment plans.
What days and times are classes available?
The signature virtual studio class runs twice annually in fall and spring. Classes typically begin in late August and late January. Virtual options also run throughout the year at various times.
